Operators often delay going direct because it sounds like a huge project. It isn't. Here's the one-week plan we use to get kitchens live without slowing down service.
Day 1–2: Menu and branding
We import your menu, modifiers, and pricing, then dress the storefront in your brand — logo, colors, and photography. You review and approve.
Day 3: Payments and dispatch
Connect Stripe or Square, and link the delivery networks you already use. Orders will route to the cheapest available driver automatically.
Day 4: Test orders
Your team places real test orders end-to-end — checkout, kitchen ticket, dispatch, and receipt — so everyone's comfortable before launch.
Day 5: Soft launch
Turn on direct ordering and start pointing regulars to your site. Add the link to your Google profile, social bios, receipts, and table tents.
Day 6–7: Promote and measure
Send your first win-back email, drop a "order direct" QR code in-store, and watch the live savings tracker. Within days you'll see commission-free orders stacking up.
The goal isn't to flip a switch and abandon the marketplaces overnight. It's to give regulars a better, cheaper way to order — and let the savings build from there.
